Reviewing Hershey’s Twizzlers, Trader Joe’s Cinnamon Popcorn, Cookie Pop Nutter Butter, & More

I’m so used to the traditional Twizzler, I didn’t know what to expect from this. Forget that fruity flavor, instead, these have a genuine, lightly sweet Hershey’s Chocolate flavor. The texture of course is a standard Twizzler. It’s just weird, like, my brain wants to interpret it as fruity but nope, chocolate!

Not sure when these were released but reviews date back to 2008. Found at Stop & Shop.

So watery! Where’s the flavor?! The outside has a thin Reese’s layer featuring chocolate and peanut butter which encases a large piece of frozen banana. Unfortunately, the Reese’s isn’t at all noticable and due to the watery frozen banana, the banana isn’t flavorful either. Overall, bland, boring, and straight up unpleasant to eat. Would be so much better with a regular, unfrozen, dipped banana.

Not quite a cinnamon roll but sort of close. This has more of a “dark” cinnamony, moderately sweet taste. The texture is similar to crunchy caramelized popcorn but feels more premium and less cheap.

Small bits of dried peanut butter were stuck on various parts of the popcorn, and as advertised, this was absolutely that classic Nutter Butter! I really liked how it wasn’t too much or too little either, it was the perfect amount. Unfortunately though, the popcorn itself had a artificial bagged popcorn texture; It was soft and felt cheap.

Released around August 2021. This brand also has other crazy flavor types including Candy Pop and Cereal Pop popcorns. Found at Price Rite.

This has everything and an extra onion. The taste has a noticeably strong onion aftertaste which isn’t bad if you like onions but it definitely isn’t reminiscent of an everything style bagel. The composition of the chips were great though; crunchy, thick, and premium.
