Scoring & Verdict
Ice Breakers Kiwi Watermelon Ice Cubes
Score: 5.75 / 10

Review
These are pale white, round, cube-shaped pieces of gum with a few large red and green specks. In terms of taste, you’re immediately hit with a very smooth, mildly to moderately sweet kiwi-watermelon mix. It’s definitely not as hard-hitting as other Ice Breakers gums or other gums in general. This comes across as much more inoffensive, with a balanced kiwi-and-watermelon flavor. The flavor mostly lasts for some time, but it isn’t as long-lasting as other gums I’ve had.

Ice Breakers Wild Berry to Cool Mint Shifters
Score: 5.5 / 10

Review
As the package shows, these are round-square, pale-white cubes with dark-colored specks. In terms of taste, you’re immediately hit with a moderately sweet, smooth, generic berry-like flavor with the slightest hint of mint. Honestly, it’s a pretty good and interesting combination. After just a minute of chewing, however, the mint starts to come through more, and over a short period of time, it starts to take over completely. This mint becomes a little punchy over time and has a decent, refreshing, and cool flavor overall. Of course, after a thorough chewing, the gum starts to lose the mint flavor, but it still remains to a sufficient degree,
Overall, this gum is interesting, though I wish the berry flavor lasted longer.

Ice Breakers Raspberry Sorbet Ice Cubes
Score: 5.5 / 10

Review
Large dark red specs embed this white, round-square piece of gum. Taste-wise, it’s an immediate hit of a moderately sweet, smooth raspberry. Not too sweet, not too unsweet.
Sorbet? I’m not sure, but it is somewhat creamy and tames down any notion of raspberry punchiness. At the same time, it’s not entirely raspberry either; there is something else there that I can’t pinpoint. Lastly, the flavor lasts some time, but could last longer.

Wrigley’s Extra Polar Ice
Score: 5.5 / 10

Review
These are long white strips of gum with faded bright blue dots. They smell strongly minty, but biting into them, they’re much smoother and tamer. It’s fairly sweet, especially after a minute or two, and the flavor is not very punchy, minty-like. Yeah, definitely not an icy or cool mint flavor by any means, instead leaning towards a smooth, minty sweetness. Lastly, the flavor lasts a long time without losing much of its intensity.

Wrigley’s Extra Pink Lemonade
Score: 5.5 / 10

Review
A uniformly white piece of gum with a strong pink lemonade-like smell. Taste-wise, it goes from a mildly sweet, pink lemonade-like flavor to a moderately sweet one. It’s not precisely pink lemonade, more so some variant of it. The flavor isn’t super pronounced, and instead the gum as a whole leans a little more toward the sugary-sweet side; granted, it’s not very sweet either.
Overall, I feel it’s a lightly flavored sugary pink lemonade taste with a sufficient amount of sugar that lasts a good while. I do wish the pink lemonade were stronger!

Wrigley’s Extra Sours Blue Raspberry
Score: 5.25/ 10

Review
These are a light sky blue color with a dusting of white powder. In terms of taste, it’s a bit weak immediately, but quickly starts to sweeten. It has a mild blue raspberry flavor, though the sourness is really slacking. The sourness is sort of there, but this gum really falls on a moderately sweet blue raspberry flavor. Honestly, this needs both more sweetness and sourness because it’s pretty plain overall, though I appreciate the unique blue raspberry flavor.

Royal Family Mochi Strawberry Cheesecake
Score: 7.75 / 10

Review
These are pale pastel pink with a light dusting of sugar, and the inside is white cream. Honestly, I’m surprised by how accurate the flavor is. It really tastes like a fairly sweet strawberry cheesecake you’re biting into. It’s exceptionally creamy and milky, and the combination of sugar and strawberry really brings out the full flavor profile.

Royal Family Mochi Mint Chocolate Chip
Score: 6.25 / 10

Review
These are all individually wrapped. Like the packaging, they’re chocolate-looking mochi with a dusting of sugar. The inside is a light green filling with tiny chocolate chips. The taste is a balanced combination of mildly sweet mint and chocolate, reminding me a lot of those vintage chocolate treats that are overly sweet and overly minty. But this is milder, with a very inoffensive mint and a darker chocolate flavor. If anything, I wish it were a smidge sweeter. That aside, it has the same chewy mouthfeel as any other mochi, but I do appreciate the little bits of chocolate chips, which provide some contrast.

CW Mochi Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Score: 7 / 10

Review
These are individually wrapped, with a cute character on each. They look exactly like they do on the package: a darker chocolate chip cookie. However, the inside is not white at all; in fact, it’s quite a dark, translucent gel. There is a good amount of this filling, which causes the cookie shell to crumble when you bite into it.
The cookie part is a bit too dry, though the lightly chewy inside somehow works, essentially making it all stick together when chewing. It’s an interesting mouthfeel experience to say the least. Flavor-wise, it’s a fairly sweet, dark chocolate chip cookie. The filling has no flavor whatsoever; the cookie shell provides everything. It’s a good, chocolately cookie taste overall, and the filling makes you raise an eyebrow — not necessarily in a bad way, though.

Hershey’s Affogato Chocolate Bar
Score: 7.5 / 10

Review
These look similar to a regular Hershey’s bar, except they are squares and you can break off pieces. It also smells almost like a regular Hershey’s bar with a hint of creamy, sugary coffee-ish flavor. They have a very thin, almost solid caramel layer and below that a soft, solid, creamy white layer.
Flavor-wise, it’s just a richer, creamier Hershey’s bar with a slightly different profile. To me, this also has a hint of sugary-creamy coffee, which boasts the chocolate flavor itself without throwing you a punchy “this is coffee” taste.
What you get is an elevated, richer, and more premium-tasting Hershey’s bar with a soft inside. Although the chocolate shell is already pretty soft, so the insides aren’t too noticeable. It’s basically uniform in texture from the shell to the filling.
Release Date
Hershey’s released Affogato- and Salted Caramel-flavored bars on September 1, 2026. Found at Walmart in early October 2026.
