Hot Cocoa Marshmallow Dip

This hot cocoa marshmallow dip is light, fluffy, and packed with cozy chocolate flavor. Equipment

  • mixing utensil (spatula, spoon, etc) Avoid using a whisk as marshmallow can easily get stuck
  • large mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz marshmallow fluff preferred or marshmallow creme
  • 8 oz Cool Whip or whipping topping thawed
  • cup hot cocoa mix or 2 tbsp cocoa + 3 tbsp sugar + pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • graham crackers for serving
  • toppings mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc

Instructions
 

  • In the mixing bowl, gently combine the fluff, hot cocoa mix, and vanilla extract.
  • Fold in Cool Whip or gently mix in. Do not overmix or it could deflate. It’s OK if it’s not fully homogeneous / mixed in.
  • Garnish with toppings.
  • Serve with graham crackers.
  • Store covered in fridge for up to several days.
