Hot Cocoa Marshmallow Dip

Yield: bowl of dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz marshmallow fluff (preferred) or marshmallow creme
  • 8 oz Cool Whip or whipping topping (thawed)
  • 1/3 cup hot cocoa mix or 2 tbsp cocoa + 3 tbsp sugar + pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • graham crackers (for serving)
  • toppings (mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc)

Utensils

  • mixing utensil (spatula, spoon, etc)
    Note: Avoid using a whisk as marshmallow can easily get stuck
  • large mixing bowl

Let’s Make It!

  1. In the mixing bowl, gently combine the fluff, hot cocoa mix, and vanilla extract.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip or gently mix in. Do not overmix or it could deflate. It’s OK if it’s not fully homogeneous / mixed in.
  3. Garnish with toppings.
  4. Serve with graham crackers.

  • Store covered in fridge for up to several days.
