Review

I saw this lineup and had to grab a box. The variety as well as some of my favorite flavors were here! However, despite it being a decent week overall, there was one standout as well as one that needed so much more. For me, the Chocolate Peanut Butter ft. Oreo was stellar for how it tasted identical to its cookie counterpart. On the other hand, the Chocolate Toffee Cake left a lot to be desired. Nonetheless, this week was still pretty good!

🎃 CARAMEL PUMPKIN CAKE
Score: 7 / 10
As the name suggests, this is a round piece of cake. The texture and taste is that of a thick, semi-moist, soft pumpkin tasting cake. This cake base is a little sweet but not overly so. The frosting is where the sweetness comes from as it’s a fairly sweet cream cheese frosting with a decent amount of cinnamon. Overall, this tastes identical to your regular cinnamon cream cheese frosting topped cake you can find almost anywhere so it’s likely not worth getting.

🥜 CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FT. OREO®
Score: 8 / 10
Everything about this cookie screams “we tried to make a copycat Peanut Butter Oreo”, and they succeeded. The cookie itself is fairly dark and semi-sweet, and its texture is a little crunchier than your average Crumbl cookie but it’s still soft enough to enjoy. The peanut butter on top is a little sweet just like the filling of a peanut butter Oreo and it tastes nearly identical. Basically, if you like Peanut Butter Oreos, this is absolutely for you.

🥧 KEY LIME PIE
Score: 6.5 / 10
The cookie base has the taste and texture of soft, semi-moist, and almost crumbly buttery crust while still reminding you that it’s a cookie. The generous amount of filling on top / inside is thick, soft, fairly sweet, and has a noticable creamy lime taste. It’s more or less a mini key lime pie in Crumbl cookie form.

🍫 CHOCOLATE TOFFEE CAKE
Score: 5.5 / 10
This cookie has a semi-dark base that has the texture of a thick fudgy brownie, although it falls on the semi-sweet side. The whipped topping on top tastes like Cool Whip although the texture is just a little thicker. The toffee bits on top of that are a nice addition in terms of giving it a little more sweetness and adding to texture, although overall, this cookie just needs to be sweeter to really bring out the chocolate and toffee flavors.
