
Hot Cocoa Marshmallow Dip
This hot cocoa marshmallow dip is light, fluffy, and packed with cozy chocolate flavor. Made with marshmallow fluff, cocoa mix, Cool Whip, and vanilla, it’s a quick no-bake dessert that comes together in minutes. Perfect for parties, holidays, or a fun family treat when served with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping.
Equipment
- mixing utensil (spatula, spoon, etc) Avoid using a whisk as marshmallow can easily get stuck
- large mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 8 oz marshmallow fluff preferred or marshmallow creme
- 8 oz Cool Whip or whipping topping thawed
- ⅓ cup hot cocoa mix or 2 tbsp cocoa + 3 tbsp sugar + pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- graham crackers for serving
- toppings mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc
Instructions
- In the mixing bowl, gently combine the fluff, hot cocoa mix, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in Cool Whip or gently mix in. Do not overmix or it could deflate. It’s OK if it’s not fully homogeneous / mixed in.
- Garnish with toppings.
- Serve with graham crackers.
- Store covered in fridge for up to several days.
