Betty Crocker Strawberry Mist Whipped Frosting
Score: 6 / 10

This is absolutely whipped frosting, and honestly, it’s whipped too much. It’s airy and especially thinner than regular frosting, feeling cheap and synthetic. Weirdly, it looks and acts like you microwaved a cheap marshmallow too long. It’s almost stringy and has a very artificial texture… almost unpleasant, to say the least.
Even the flavor isn’t as sweet or bold; instead, it’s strongly diluted. Still, it’s moderately sweet—or, well, sweet enough—having a flavor that is mostly sugary-tasting with a light, artificial, non-punchy strawberry. It’s not bad by any means; it’s just not that pronounced, and I fear that if I put this on any baked good, this frosting would be easily forgettable.
Overall, I definitely prefer regular frostings over this. Additionally, perhaps throwing it in the fridge would help with the density and its texture.

Ghost Whey Protein: Nutter Butter, Chips Ahoy!, and Oreo
Scores (in almond milk + pinch of sweetener)
Oreo: 5.25 / 10
Chips Ahoy!: 5 / 10
Nutter Butter: 5 / 10

For these, I had tried them with water and almond milk with a pinch of sweetener. Frankly, I strongly advise you to avoid water if you want tangible flavor and sweetness—even the almond milk with sweetener felt dull, but it was at least okay. Essentially, these proteins lack much of the sweetness compared to others while coming in with a slightly higher than average calorie count. Like, you can taste the flavor, but it just feels like they need more sweetness to bring it out. Last but not least, they mix decently well enough.
Oreo: Out of the three, the Oreo was the most interesting. It literally has chunky Oreo pieces in it—and lots of them too. But, wait, isn’t this supposed to be a healthy protein powder? Anyway… The cookies provide a nice touch to the flavor and texture, and the rest of the powder provides a noticeable creamy taste. Together, what you get is a light cookies-and-cream-tasting protein.
Chips Ahoy!: The Chips Ahoy! was almost like the Oreo. It had a few cookie pieces but not nearly as many, and the flavor itself was different (of course), sporting a traditional chocolate chip-like cookie taste but more toned down. The sweetness level was also about the same.
Nutter Butter: Peanut. Yup, that’s about it. A semi-sweet, very mild-tasting peanut, which I guess is Nutter Butter, but this is lacking in the sweetness department. Also, unfortunately, unlike the others, this doesn’t have any pieces of the real thing floating around.
The Nutter Butter flavor was released around June 2020, Chips Ahoy! in July 2019, and Oreo in July 2021. Found on the Ghost website.
Lay’s Cajun Kettle Cooked Chips
Score: 6.25 / 10

These Cajun chips are perfectly seasoned! Not too strong, not too weak.
Biting in, I feel like I get a bold black pepper flavor alongside other spices that give it a noticeable but mild kick. The Cajun seasoning tastes more or less accurate, so if you’re into that, you’ll enjoy these. On the other hand, if you’re extremely sensitive to any type of spiciness or want a more plain chip, avoid these.
The texture is pretty crunchy, and the chip itself does cost your hand with the variety of seasonings. Overall, a well-seasoned, flavorful chip.
Released September 2024. Found at Walmart.
Keebler Fudge Stripes Strong Berry Superman Cookies
Score: 6.25 / 10

I had high hopes when I opened them because of how berrylicious they smelled, like a mixed berry of sorts. The flavor, however, was much lighter.
The taste is a decently sweet mixed berry, and as I said before, I expected a lot more sweetness and more bold flavor, especially for what I smelled. Still, it’s good enough, and for those who are too worried about the sweetness, they’ll likely leave enjoying it, while those sweets-lovers may simply be content.
The underside features a thin layer of white cream that adds smoothness to the hand feel, but that’s about it. The composition of the cookie is lightly crunchy and on the thinner side both dimensionally and in how it feels in the mouth. It’s pleasant, though, cheaper-feeling.
Released early June 2025. Found at Walmart.
Goldfish Vanilla Cupcake Grahams
Score: 5.75 / 10

A cookie-and-graham-cracker makeup in Goldfish form. Interestingly, it feels on the thicker side and is reasonably crunchy and not too cheap-feeling. To note, there is a coating on these that will get your fingers dirty!
Aside from the graham cracker-like flavor, there’s also a noticeable, moderately sweet vanilla. “Vanilla Cupcake,” though? Eh, not really; I wouldn’t say it’s that creamy or that sweet. Overall, more or less a decently sweet-tasting vanilla graham cracker in Goldfish form
Released in late December 2024, along with Cinnamon Roll and Strawberry Shortcake flavors. Found at Walmart.
Bergen Soft Baked Chocolate Cookies Brownie With Hazelnut
Score: 4 / 10

“Cookies Brownie?” More like “Cookies Stale Brownie.” Really, like, have you ever had a stale brownie? They usually start to get hard and crumbly. This is just like that! You bite in expecting them to be “soft baked” as advertised, but instead, it’s a lightly hard, crumbly cookie that starts to fall apart when eating them. What happened?
Flavor-wise, it’s a semi-sweet, dark chocolate with a hint of hazelnut. It leans toward the bitter side, away from sweetness. I don’t get much else from it.
And that’s really it. A stale-feeling, boringly flavored cookie.

Bergen Obsession Cream Chocolate Biscuit & Vanilla Filling Cookies
Score: 7.75 / 10

My immediate thought was that these resemble those White Fudge Covered Oreos, but you know what, these might be better! You have the creamy shell here, but what absolutely makes the cookie is that little glob of frosting in the center. Basically, when you bite in, you’re met with a soft-solid creamy filling that sits near the top of the cookie. It’s fairly sweet, and there are even bits of cookie in it. Then, right below the filling is a lightly dark, airy, crunchy, biscuit-like cookie.
Most of the flavoring and sweetness comes from the center, while the cookie itself simply provides a complementary backdrop. It’s satisfying, reasonably sweet, and has a unique consistency of textures. It really does nail the cookies and cream flavor!

Litaly Bite Size Wafers With Coconut
Score: 7.25 / 10

If you’ve had those cheap-filled wafers, think that, but a step higher. These are absolutely not premium or fancy by any measure; they more fall into the “average” grade of wafers—right in the center.
The wafer itself is more or less your traditional airy and lightly crunchy wafer, and the layers of cream do resemble a decently sweet coconut. Does it have an authentic coconut taste? Not really, but it’s close enough, with a balanced sweetness that makes the wafers as a whole enjoyable. What I especially like are the multiple layers of wafer and cream, giving you a thicker and denser mouthfeel compared to some other competing products.

Litaly Hazelnut Cream Filled Wafer Rolls
Score: 7.75 / 10

Taking a wafer stick out, I was floored at the weight. Holy moly, these are by far the heaviest wafer-filled rolls I have ever had, full stop! And why? They are packed with filling. Absolutely packed. Not a single air bubble throughout the entire thing!
Given how stuffed they are, they do lean towards having a softer mouthfeel due to the filling in the center. The wafer is pretty traditional and boring, though its welcome light crunch is nice given how much stuff is in the wafer.
The unfortunate part is the taste. It’s milk chocolate with a tone of hazelnut. It falls between semi- and moderately sweet—not quite enough sweetness for my liking, but it also isn’t bland either. I’d have liked to see a bump up in the sweetness and hazelnut flavor category; perhaps try to aim for a Nutella-esque vibe to really send this treat to the next level.

Cambridge & Thames Milk Chocolate With Caramel and Raspberry Filling Bar
Scores
Caramel: 7.25 / 10
Raspberry: 7.5

As shown in the picture on the package, there is a soft-solid creamy white layer in the bar with pockets of filling in each piece. Overall, the bars feel about average quality.
Caramel: It feels like your typical chocolate bar but less sweet. A soft-solid filling containing a mix of white cream and pockets of solid caramel fills the center throughout. For the most part, due to the candy bar as a whole falling on the semi-sweet side, it doesn’t have much of a “hit.” The milk chocolate shell is on the sweeter side, making it take center stage over the more lukewarm sweetness of the caramel. Overall, it’s mildly sweet and doesn’t taste artificial; I personally would have liked something more sugary and less boring.
Raspberry: This also has a creamy white layer in the bar. However, unlike the caramel, the raspberry shines here. Surrounded by the milk chocolate, the sweet raspberry pockets scattered in the candy bar pop and throw light punches at your taste buds. It’s not bitter, perhaps toned down by its sweetness and the surrounding chocolate. It feels good to bite through the solid-like jelly substance and then hit the creamy white layer and chocolate shell.
I’m unsure of an exact release date for either of these. Found at Ocean State Job Lot.
