- If using skillet, preheat in oven for 5 minutes then continue. In your choice of baking dish, coat the bottom with oil or spray.
- (optional) Apply a thin layer of crushed graham cracker to the bottom of the pan.
- Line the bottom of the dish evenly with the chocolate candies, around the thickness of two-four chocolate bars will suffice, then top evenly with the marshmallows.

- Feel free to dig in while they’re hot, just be careful!
- Store leftovers on countertop or fridge. Rebake around 300°F for a few minutes or microwave before serving.
Notes & Alternatives
- Layering the bottom with crushed graham crackers helps prevent the chocolate from burning but is optional.
- Be careful not to use too many layers of chocolate or else not all of it may melt fully!
- Instead of layering the bottom of the pan graham cracker crumbles, you can instead use the full graham crackers and turn this dip into an already premade nacho smores dish!
- Any meltable chocolate will work! Feel free to experiment with various flavors and different kinds of candies.
- No campfire needed!
History
- S’mores was popularized by the scouts in the 1920s.
