Cookies and Cream Sweet Spread with Cookie Pieces
Score: 8 / 10

Exactly as advertised and then some! I say “and then some” because this is surprisingly tasty! It tastes like they got Oreo creme, added a dusting of additional sugar, and then threw in a bunch of tiny crunchy dark chocolate bits—it’s so, so good!
What is also really amazing is how thick and creamy this is. I keep referring to an Oreo—but if you skimmed the creme off a bunch and balled it tightly together, you’d get a concoction like this. Honestly, it’s so thick, you may need to warm it up briefly so it’s more spreadable and dippable!
I can definitely see myself adding this to almost anything, even using it as a replacement for store-bought frosting because, as I said earlier, this is very thick—much thicker than most frostings—and I think a lot of people would appreciate this premium and thick layer of creamy spread.
Released April 2025 alongside a Cocoa & Popcorn spread and other snacks. Found July 2025.
Chocolate Hazelnut Filled Rolled Wafers
Score: 7.5 / 10

These are very premium wafers. They’re absolutely filled to the brim with thick cream, much more than other wafers. This cream is reasonably sweet with a chocolate hazelnut taste—not quite Nutella, but almost as sweet and still has a clear hazelnut flavor. Additionally, the wafers provide a buttery taste and, surprisingly, further addition to the chocolate flavor.
The texture, like the cream, feels premium too. They’re thick and lightly crunchy, having a composition that feels much less cheap than their filled wafer counterparts.

Macarons Assortment
Score: 6.75 / 10

Soft, a bit chewy, and a good deal moist for macaroons. Honestly, to me, the mouthfeel is great! There are some flavor differences between each one, but there is one similarity: many taste artificial and have an odd background taste. Sure, some are okay, but several are just “what is that odd flavor I’m getting?” I can’t quite explain it; they’re not all bad, but some had this weird, almost off-putting flavor.
In terms of sweetness, they are between mild and moderate—essentially, not too much sugar and not too little. They’re at least enjoyable in this regard.

Doughlicious Minis Salted Caramel Cookie Dough & Gelato Bites
Score: 5.25 / 10

Whoa, these are weird—well, different, I should say!
The shell is a reasonably thick, soft cookie dough, as if they stretched the dough over a ball of ice cream. It’s interesting! Unfortunately, however, the cookie dough isn’t too strong or sweet like others.
This is a similar story on the inside, which has a very lightly sweet caramel flavor. Essentially, it’s just a plainish ball of ice cream. It kind of feels watered down like the cookie dough.
The one thing going for it is the textures. Biting into a soft cookie dough shell only to be met with a cold ball of ice cream is nice. To note, I did find that eating them straight from the freezer did feel a little “icy,” though that subsided after they were left out for a few minutes.
I can’t really recommend these. Put simply, they need more sweetness and bolder flavors.
Released May 20, 2025 to Target stores. Found July 2025.
Dark Chocolate & Almond Toffee Wafers
Score: 7 / 10

Pleasantly crunchy toffee-tasting shell with a mildly sweet dark chocolate, solid center cream. I really like how tasty the toffee is—it’s very authentic tasting, and the sweetness is neither too mild nor too strong. The mixed-in almonds also give it a nutty background taste.
Lastly, that dark chocolate works so well with it!In summary, it’s pleasantly tasty, sweet, and chocolaty, and the texture is nice. It’s just overall a tasty snack.

S’mores Bars
Score: 7.25 / 10

I heated these in the microwave! To note, I suspect air frying or baking would result in very similar textures and flavors.
So, imagine a Hershey chocolate bar, a bit of marshmallow, and a graham cracker—this is exactly that. The chocolate ganache part, like many homemade s’mores, seemed to have gotten quite soft and melty, with the marshmallow puffing up some from the heat. These two are the good parts of these bars—now comes the graham cracker…
What happened here? I’m not sure if it was because it was frozen, but boy, it feels stale. Like, it has some crunch left, but something about it feels off. The taste is okay at least, though. Still, it does bring down the experience quite a bit.
Overall, it’s pretty sweet and is more or less a regular s’more you can make better at home (with better, fresher graham crackers!).
Released May 2024. Found July 2025.
Monster Cookie Dough Snacks
Score: 6.5 / 10

I tried these right from the freezer and after thawing for some time.
When frozen, unlike regular cookie dough, these are harder and crumble apart easily. They are between lightly and moderately sweet, sporting a combo of peanut and cookie dough-like flavors. I say cookie dough-like because something about it tastes and feels different—wait a second, does it say these are made of rolled oats? Maybe that’s it!
Neither this “cookie dough” flavor nor peanut is too bold or overpowering, which is nice, though I personally wish it was more flavorful and sweeter. Overall, these have a decent taste; it’s mostly just the hardish texture that gets in the way.
These do become softer and chewier at room temperature, although they still don’t resemble an authentic cookie dough texture or flavor.

Chocolate Peanut Butter, Birthday Cake, and Red Velvet Layered Cake Dessert
Scores
Chocolate Peanut Butter: 7 / 10
Birthday Cake: 9 / 10
Red Velvet: 8.5 / 10

Notably, there are similarities between each of these cakes. First, the cake layers themselves are generally more compact than your typical cake, as if they were compressed together. This results in more density and less fluffiness. Secondly, each one has a top and middle layer of frosting. Lastly, they’re all canned and have long-lasting, several-month-away expiration dates.
Chocolate Peanut Butter: A different and interesting texture, especially compared to the other two. The top frosting is soft enough, although something about it feels weird, and right below that, a fairly dense but sort of dry mouth-feeling cake remains. Weirdly, it feels moist to the touch, but what ultimately comes out is… not great, to say the least. It’s almost like it was overcooked. And also, the supposed frosting in the middle is hardly even there—I see it on the outside looking through the container, but when you dig through, there’s not much present.
Speaking of this frosting, it tastes like lightly sweet cream cheese frosting with a hint of peanut butter from its peanut swirls. Similarly, the cake is mildly sweet with an equally light peanutty flavor. To me, the flavor could have been much more pronounced and sweeter, and the texture of the cake more moist and just more enjoyable like the others. Also, just something about it all feels artificial and not meant for a can, at least for this flavor.
Birthday Cake: Imagine yourself eating a typical, super sweet birthday cake. This tastes like just that! It’s artificial—which works here really, really well here—it’s super sweet and has that iconic vanilla birthday cake flavor—I just absolutely love it. It really satisfies my inner child!
The frosting itself is reasonably soft, and the cake is very dense and moist. I found the layers of this frosting amazing too; it really brings out the sweetness and flavor because of how much there is embedded throughout the cakey layers!
Overall, this is fantastic, especially if you’re in the mood for something that perfectly resembles a sweet childhood birthday cake. It doesn’t hold back and nails the flavors and textures perfectly—wow!
Red Velvet: I’m not sure what happened to mine, but it seemed disheveled—a large chunk on the side was missing, and the frosting was oddly layered. Still, this cake was darn good!
Overall, this is your pretty typical, done well velvet cake. I could end the review right here, but if you want more…
An authentic cream cheese frosting and cake are intertwined with one another. The cake is reasonably dense and moist, and the frosting is equally so. Sweetness? Just right. Nothing about the flavors or textures appears out of the ordinary; it really feels like you went to the store and bought any other red velvet cake… Although, this cake is canned, which is different.

Strawberry Whipped Cream Dairy Topping
Score: 5.75 / 10

This leans towards a light and hollow, authentic, and creamy strawberry, but something about it feels a tad artificial. It’s almost as if they used a flavoring syrup called “Authentic Strawberry” or something.
Anyways, it’s a pretty thick whipped cream and, for the most part, has an overall decent strawberry taste. It likely goes well on a number of items; however, I feel it’s more niche and would personally prefer other whipped creams such as regular, chocolate, or marshmallow.
Also, despite the appearance on the can, it’s entirely white, not at all pink or red!
Released January 2023. Found July 2025.
S’mores Spread with Graham Cracker Crumbles
Score: 7 / 10

In a way, it’s a s’mores-ish spread (more so a vibe), but its flavors just aren’t up to snuff to give it that distinction.
There are very light and soft bits of graham cracker littered around, but they’re not noticeable if you put this spread onto anything, as they’re simply too miniscule. Most notably, and to me, the white and chocolate parts nearly taste the same and have the same level of sweetness; the chocolate part has a mild and pleasant milk chocolate taste, and the white part kind of resembles a creamy marshmallow or toned-down white chocolate.
Together, with all of these flavors, the overall spread is decently sweet, not overly so, falling in line with something that’s inoffensive, perhaps something perhaps you’d put on toast in the morning.
Further, aside from the graham cracker bits, the spread is thick, somewhat creamy, and quite uniformly smooth, which I didn’t fully expect, as I thought the chocolate and marshmallow representations would be differentiable.
Personally, both the advertised flavor and look had me excited for something a kid with a sweet tooth would enjoy. And, well, long story short, it didn’t fulfill that fantasy. For that to happen, it would have to be not just sweeter, but also the marshmallow part and graham cracker bits would have to be bolder in terms of taste and more distinctly noticeable texture-wise.

S’mores Mini Bites
Score: 7.5 / 10

Well, first off, I really felt like I got a hint of coffee or mocha on my first few bites, but that quickly went away.
Anyway…
It’s kind of like s’mores in ball form, sort of. The texture mostly resembles the crunchy center of a graham cracker with a small, soft-ish contribution from the milk chocolate shell and, beneath that, a white shell. Really, the entire thing is 80% pleasantly crunchy graham cracker.
Despite this, I would say the strongest flavor here is the chocolate because it’s the only thing really giving it much of any flavor. It’s about your average sweetness and taste, slightly toned down by the inner graham cracker. The white layer right below that doesn’t seem to contribute much in terms of anything–perhaps a hint of creaminess? Not sure.
Either way, these are sort of s’mores but not really, as the ratios and flavors are off. If anything, I would have liked to see less graham cracker and more actual marshmallow to balance it out.

Cocoa and Popcorn Sweet Spread with Popcorn Pieces
Score: 7 / 10

Thick, chocolaty, and appreciatively crunchy!
It has a very chocolaty flavor that comes across as both pleasant and tasty—really, nothing offensive, too sweet, or fake-tasting here. It’s moderately sweet and is more or less a thick chocolate spread as advertised.
In addition, there is a very good helping of popcorn-like pieces that add noticeable light crunches throughout. They don’t feel flimsy nor too hard; it’s just right, and they’re small enough to both enjoy and for it to not feel like it’s overpowering.
I’d see this spread going on almost anything. To note, though, it is quite thick, so if you want to use it as a frosting, you may need to warm it up!
Released April 2025 alongside a Cookies & Cream spread and other snacks. Found June 2025.
S’mores Bark Crisps
Score: 7.5 / 10

Okay, so, there’s a lot of graham cracker here, and most notably, it’s on the softer side, almost feeling stale, which detracts from the experience. It’s about as soft as the equally abundant milk chocolate portions, which is kind of odd. Additionally, these graham crackers don’t provide much flavor.
There are also small pockets of soft marshmallow throughout, which add more squishy softness to the already soft-ish texture. Lastly, in terms of overall flavor, it’s mostly a moderately sweet milk chocolate with hints of marshmallow, as the graham doesn’t do much.
My suggestion would be to increase the crunchiness of the graham cracker part. Other than that, it’s decent enough to use the name “s’mores” at least.
I’m unsure of a release date. Found June 2025.
Monster Crunchy Clusters
Score: 7.25 / 10

This is both everything and nothing at the same time—let me explain!
Texture-wise, everything. It has the crunch, a strong supportive density, chewiness, and the softness all wrapped up into one. The thick caramel holds together the crunchy M&M-like and peanut bits like a glue, further solidified by the generous globs of chocolate mixed in. Basically, it’s a chewy, chunky makeup of all different textures, making for an interesting eating experience.
The flavors, however, fall flat. You can taste each part, all the nuance, but nothing stands out. Nothing is too sweet and, at the same time, not sweet enough. The chocolate is regular, semi-sweet milk chocolate; the caramel is mostly there for the texture; and the other bits mostly just add to the texture with a pinch of saltiness. In a way, by combining so much, you essentially mute everything—or, perhaps, they just didn’t add enough sugar!
Released around June 2021. Found June 2025.
Favorite Day Cocoa Dusted Peppermint Truffles
Score: 4 / 10

I like peppermint, and I like truffles, but the cocoa dust on these feels too dry, and the flavor is off-putting. There’s a light peppermint flavor alongside it all, too, which doesn’t help it. They’re semi-sweet, but unfortunately, I can’t stand the taste of this dry cocoa powder.
Not sure when this was released, although reviews date back to around November 2024 on Target’s website. Likely limited to the Christmas season. Found January 2025.
Favorite Day Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream
Score: 6 / 10

As advertised, this has a bold, noticeable pumpkin spice taste. It’s not bitter; instead, it’s very creamy and moderately sweet. This would pair great on most things, although personally, I prefer regular whipped cream, as this may overpower whatever it’s on.
First released around August 2022. Found November 2024.
Target Store Sugar Cookie Kit
Score: 8 / 10

Absolutely adorable! It comes with a cute Target cart and Dog, as well as lots of premium-tasting decorations like gummies and hard candies. It also comes with a decent amount of sweet white icing and other colored frostings, too. These do allow you to build an adequate Target store, although it definitely won’t look as nice as the box.
In terms of flavor, the cookie parts themselves are very plain and crunchy, but they are made up for by all the tasty decorations and frostings you can add. The white icing that comes with it is very soft and sweet, and the rest of the candies feel a cut above the rest. Overall, this feels like a premium house-building kit. As a side note, the Target cart and dog are nearly impossibly hard and taste like bitter, nasty dye!
Not sure when this was released. Found November 2024 at Target.

Christmas Holiday Whipped Creams: Marshmallow, Hot Cocoa, and Gingerbread
Scores
Gingerbread: 6.5 / 10
Marshmallow: 7.5 / 10
Hot Cocoa: 8 / 10

Gingerbread: It is lightly sweet but noticeable and has a bold gingerbread taste. I expected this to have more of a brown color rather than sparkly white!
Marshmallow: A sweeter version of regular whipped cream with a bit of a marshmallow taste. The whipped cream texture itself was lighter and less thick than the other two.
Hot Cocoa: Perfectly sweet (not too much or too little) milk chocolate-flavored whipped cream. However, paired with hot chocolate, it kind of defeats the purpose, and everything tastes the same!
I believe the first few of these flavored whipped cream offerings, Marshmallow, Pumpkin Spice, and Maple Vanilla, were released in August 2022. Then, Peppermint and Gingerbread were released around October 2022. After that, Hot Cocoa and Salted Caramel flavors were added and released in November 2023. These are exclusive for the fall and winter seasons, respectively.
