Dum Dum Candy Canes
Score: 6.5 / 10

Wow, these are so, so much better than their lollipop counterpart. The texture is better as it’s more solid and feels more premium. The taste is also noticeably more bold, more pronounced, and slightly less artificial, making for an even tastier treat than the lollipop.
Released December 19, 2018.
Little Debbie Honey Bun Mini Muffins
Score: 7 / 10

It’s not necessarily honey bun tasting; instead, it’s more of a regular cinnamon muffin you’d find in stores. It’s decently sweet, not as sweet as a honey bun. There’s also definitely more cinnamon than sugar flavor. In terms of texture, they’re incredibly soft and moist, simply put, a very pleasant snack.
Released in June of 2021.
Aldi Journey to Greece Rosemary & Feta and Tzatziki Chips
Scores
Rosemary: 6.5 / 10
Tzatziki: 7 / 10

Rosemary: First off, these are super crunchy and solid; they genuinely feel premium and put other kettle chips to shame. The flavor is very creamy, with a very light rosemary and feta flavor that seems to stick around and build up in your mouth over time (not a bad thing; the flavor just gets a little stronger!). Honestly, I did expect more seasoning and flavor out of these overall, but they’re still pretty good.
Tzatziki: Like the Rosemary chips, these are equally thick and crunchy. However, the flavor is more pronounced with these. It’s definitely Tzatziki, and all the seasonings accompanying it shine right through. It’s not overly strong; it’s simply noticeable and definitely appreciable, and also very tasty, especially if you’re into Greek seasoning!
Both of these have been around, on and off, for a few years now. Exclusive to Aldi.
Betty Crocker Cinnamon Muffin Tops
Score: 7 / 10

First, as suggested by another review, I replaced the oil with apple sauce to make them softer and more bouncy. It worked.
These are incredibly soft and pillow-like, resembling a Pillsbury or dinner roll, and not quite as firm as a muffin top. Still, they’re reasonably close texture-wise. In terms of flavor, they aren’t very sweet; it has a light, sugary cinnamon taste, and that’s about it. Most of the flavor is provided by the topping. The semi-thick, gooey topping is sweeter, although not too sweet either, and provides more of a complimenting cinnamon sugar taste that brings most of the flavor to the table. Overall, these are great if you’re into something more light in terms of flavor and texture.
While I’m unsure of an exact release date, they’ve been around for many years. Found at Ocean State Job Lot.
Kung Fu Tea Strawberry Shortcake Delight
Score: 6 / 10

This is nothing less than a thick, slushy smoothie. I love how it isn’t at all icy and how well it was blended. It tastes like genuine blended strawberries with some added sugar. Unfortunately, the matcha on top is too little and doesn’t do much. It also needs boba!
Released February 1 until March 31, 2025, alongside several other Strawberry Shortcake themed drinks.

Clancy’s Reuben Kettle Chips
Score: 6.25 / 10

Okay, these are Reuben-flavored, but the taste isn’t all that strong. It has your traditional spices of the sandwich, although it needs a tad extra to really stand out. Aside from that, these are definitely very crunchy, traditional kettle chips!
Likely released in February 2025 to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day alongside a Beer Cheese flavor. Exclusive to Aldi.
Clancy’s Beer Cheese Kettle Chips
Score: 6 / 10

If I had to guess a flavor, I’d almost say these are plain salty kettle chips. There are sort of hints of that beer cheese flavor, but for the most part, it’s sorely lacking. Overall, these resemble traditional, salty kettle chips with a background of something that resembles beer cheese.
Likely released in February 2025 to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day alongside a Reuben flavor. Exclusive to Aldi.
Snack Factory Pumpkin Spice White Creme Pretzel Chips
Score: 6 / 10

Thin and crunchy as advertised, they do feel like actual pretzel chips! There’s a good amount of frosting on these, especially since the pretzel is so thin, making them extra creamy and having a light, soft bite with a reasonable crunch from the center pretzel. This filling is where the flavor comes from. It’s a mostly vanilla-creamy flavor with a lighter pumpkin spice taste, reminding me of the fall season.
Released around fall 2024. Found at Ocean State Job Lot.
Herr’s Grill Mates Montreal Steak Chips
Score: 4 / 10

Holy moly, stop! It resembles a piece of meat completely slathered with too much meat seasoning, with special emphasis on black pepper, completely overpowering any authentic meat and chip flavor. If I wasn’t clear already, it’s way too much; I even coughed a few times! Overall, the chips are crunchy, and despite the flavor, they are still edible, I guess, but I definitely want something else.
Released April 16, 2018. Found at Ocean State Job Lot.
