Doritos Tangy Pickle

Score: 5.5 / 10

As advertised, there’s a fairly strong and punchy pickle flavor. Also, Dorito fans know these chips generally add a corn flavor, but it wasn’t noticeable, likely because the pickle flavor overpowered it. If you love pickle or vinegar tasting chips, you’ll really enjoy these.

Released early August, 2024. Some outlets are saying it’s been released before and this was a rerelease. Found at Walmart.

Uncrustables Chocolate Hazelnut

Score: 8.5 / 10

Are you a tired parent wanting to throw your kid something sweet to get them off your back? This might work. Basically, it’s your regular white bread, albeit, a tinge more soft and moist, with a layer of Nutella on the inside. Each one is also individually packaged and all you have to do is leave it to defrost before eating. However, why is it so expensive? Sure, it’s convenient, but it’s really just super basic white bread and a scoop of Nutella.

Not sure when this was released, although reviews date back several years.

Twizzlers Tropical Blast Filled Twists

Score: 7.5 / 10

Tastes like a sweet fruit punch you’d find in a bowl at a party. The filling on the inside doesn’t add much in terms of flavor, although it is soft and gives the Twizzlers a soft-chewy texture. While they feel less creamy than their Orange Cream Pop brothers, they’re still nearly as good.

Not sure when this was released, although reviews date back several years. Found at Walmart.

Lofthouse Blackberry Marshmallow Cookies

Score: 7.5 / 10

Whoa, this is weird! It’s blackberry, sort of? Well, there isn’t really any marshmallow. At first, I was turned off by the soapy-like, weird taste, but then I started to enjoy it more and more. It still wasn’t a blackberry flavor, though, it’s akin to it at least. The cookie as a whole is sweet, primarily due to it’s frosting. Overall, some might be turned away by the odd flavor concoction while others may very well enjoy it.

Released in early June 2024. Found at Aldi.

Junkless Chewy Cinnamon Roll Granola Bars

Score: 6 / 10

So close yet, so far! It has the flavors of a cinnamon roll–dough, frosting, and the iconic cinnamon, but it’s genuinely too watered down. As the box says, it has 34% less sugar, however, that might be exactly what it needs. Lastly, like other granola bars, it’s relatively soft with a slight chew, and it also a nice oaty and granola flavor.

Not sure of an exact release date although reviews date back to 2019. Found at Stop & Shop.

Pink Lemonade KitKat

Score: 7.5 / 10

This is definitely not pink lemonade, not even close! It’s not punchy or lemony in any sense, instead it’s even better! What I got was mostly strawberry with a touch of some other berry flavor. Overall, it’s fairly sweet.

Released May 2024 for a limited time. Found at Walmart.

Schogetten Crunchy Peanut Butter

Score: 7.5 / 10

So light and creamy! Compared to a Reese’s for example, it’s nowhere near as sweet or artificial. Neither is it as nearly as strong as a plain jar of peanut butter. It’s simply a milk chocolate bar witha creamy, light peanut butter tasting filling.

While there doesn’t seem to be an official release date, reviews suggest it may have been released some time in 2023. Found at Aldi.

Choceur Strawberry Creme Milk Chocolate

Score: 7.5 / 10

A surprisingly sweet strawberry taste that’s additionally super creamy. There’s a mini crunch from the embedded strawberry pieces in the thick, creamy filling. Interestingly, these come packaged as individually wrapped long chocolate pieces.

No official release date. Reviews date back to around 2020. Only at Aldi.

7-Eleven Cherry Slurpee Twinkies

Score: 8 / 10

Surprisingly a lighter cherry than I expected, and interestingly, it almost nails the cherry slurpee taste. This cherry filling is moderately sweet and quite pleasant. It doesn’t come across as too fake or artificial. With the traditional Twinkie cake housing, it makes for a tasty combination. It really is a good rendition of a slurpee!

Released late June 2024 and available until August 2024. Limited edition, 7-Eleven exclusive.

Skippy Girl Scouts Coconut Caramel P.B. Bites

Score: 7 / 10

None of the flavors really stick out, coming together as a peanut, caramel, coconut-ish flavored snack. Despite being a fan of all these flavors, the mix of all of them just isn’t that great. Compared to Girl Scout Samao cookies, these aren’t anywhere comparable. In terms of texture, these are lightly crunchy with a soft shell

Released September 2023 along with other Girl Scout variants.
