Dolcela Lemon Wafer Cookies

Score: 6 / 10

These are so cutely bite-sized! Like other wafers, it has a light flavor and crispy and airy texture. The flavor is definitely a moderately sweet lemon that is almost punchy but is toned down by the wafer just enough not to hit you too hard. It’s an interesting and unique flavor for these types of cookies — when was the last time you saw lemon wafers?

Milka Cherry Creme Chocolate Bar

Score: 7.25 / 10

Biting in, I was greeted with a sticky, gooey, fruity, very sweet jelly. I can’t figure out what flavor it is exactly. Aside from the jelly, there is a very soft white solid alongside it that doesn’t seem to have much flavor or add anything noticeable to the texture. So, in total, you get a thin, easily breakable, semi-sweet milk chocolate bar with sweet jelly inside. Not bad, I’d say!

While I’m unsure of a release date, reviews date back several years.

Taza Gingerbread Cookie Dark Chocolate Bar

Score: 8.5 / 10

Yeah, this tastes absolutely organic and earthly. It also has a gritty texture, unlike smoother chocolate bars like Hershey or Lindt. It’s slightly sweeter than semi-sweet and is a darker chocolate bar overall. Lastly, there is indeed a gingerbread-like background taste that somewhat amplifies the bitterness. Personally, while this bar is an interesting combination, it mostly comes across as a gritty dark chocolate bar. As a gingerbread fan,

Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bar with Crunchy Waffle Cone Pieces

Score: 7.25 / 10

Well, it’s a Hershey bar, except it has light crunches from the embedded waffle pieces. It differs a lot from other chocolates that get their crunchy bits using rice, as these pieces feel thicker and premium. Aside from the slightly crunchy texture, these are the same as regular Hershey chocolate bars in all other aspects. In my opinion, the crunchies add a nice touch.

MrBeast Feastables Creamy Peanut Butter Egg

Score: 6.5 / 10

The shell of these is extra thick, and the filling is thinner than I had imagined. At the same time, the soft, gooey filling packs a flavorful hit. It comes across as more of a natural, semi-sweet peanut butter, and combined with the less-than-sweet chocolate, it’s nowhere near as sweet as other peanut butter chocolate candies. It also breaks apart easily and doesn’t hold together after biting it, so be careful! Overall, these are okay, but the chocolate and peanut butter aren’t nearly as good or sweet as Reese’s or other candy.

Good Humor Creamsicle Jelly Beans

Score: 4 / 10

I just don’t like these. Compared to most other jelly beans, they’re on the hard-chewy side, making them tough in your jaw to munch through. The flavor is very light, encompassing a super lightly sweet cream and orange, disappointing anyone buying this thinking it would taste as good as a creamsicle. Overall, it has a bad texture, and the taste needs to be sweeter and bolder.

Frankford Pickle Flavor Claussen Jelly Beans

Score: 6 / 10

Soft-solid jelly beans resembling typical jelly bean texture. In terms of flavor, I don’t really get any pickle. Maybe a hint? Weirdly, there’s also a tinge of sourness or punchiness, but it’s overshadowed by the sugary sweetness. Still weird, yet not off-putting.

Dunkin’ Refresher Jelly Beans

Score: 6.25 / 10

Texture-wise, they’re kind of soft but still chewy and solid enough to be a pleasant jelly bean. The flavors represented and advertised aren’t as bold as I’d like. They lightly resemble their advertised flavors, but for the most part, they’re all sugary tasting without the sweetness level being overdone. Don’t get me wrong; it’s all tasty. In fact, I appreciate how light the flavors are. They compliment the sweetness nicely.

PB&J Pop Smuckers Jif Strawberry & Grape Popcorn

Scores
Strawberry: 7.5 / 10
Grape: 7 / 10

In terms of texture, the popcorn feels premium and has a good amount of drizzle. They’re both perfectly crunchy and soft in all the right ways.

Strawberry: Opening up the bag, you’re hit with a light and sweet peanut butter and fruity jelly. These popcorns are drizzled in dark red frosting and peanut butter. The taste resembles a toned-down peanut butter and strawberry jelly sandwich. Sure, the flavors aren’t as strong, but it’s still good enough to make for a wonderfully tasty treat. Notably, both the strawberry and peanut butter are about equal in flavor, so they balance each other well. I especially love how drizzled peanut butter definitely tastes like Jif, and the strawberry resembles a lighter strawberry Smuckers flavor.

Grape: Opening up this bag, I noticed a very strong scent of grape jelly, which overpowers any peanut butter smell that may have been there. After eating a few, I noticed the grape taste isn’t as strong as the smell; still, it’s definitely more prevalent than its strawberry sister. Overall, it’s a pleasantly sweet Smucker-tasting grape jelly with a background of peanut butter, making it taste a bit unbalanced and lean towards the jelly flavor side. Regardless, it’s pretty good despite its uneven nature.
