This looks so good but was such a disappointment. It wasn’t bad, I just expected more. Basically, there isn’t much flavor complexity here — it really feels like it’s missing something. It’s a huge chunky cookie that houses an equally thick regular tasting chocolate ganache. As advertised, the cookie itself has a graham cracker taste. Perhaps if they added a layer of marshmallow, it would elevate the sweetness and make it instead like a tasty s’mores.

The cookie is soft and well, plain — BUT! The frosting! It’s super pillowy and has a wonderful creamy raspberry taste! This frosting really makes the cookie what it is!
🍨 BROWNIE SUNDAE

As advertised, this tastes just like a brownie, albeit a bit overcooked. It’s semi-sweet and semi-dark, and the texture is just a bit more crunchy than a regular brownie… basically a brownie-cookie mixed together. The mousse on top is nearly flavorless and doesn’t add much unfortunately.

Yup, I taste butter, and I definitely appreciate how warm and soft it is, such an enjoyable combo! Other than that, there isn’t much else. If you’re a fan of less sweet or plainer cookies, this one is for you.
