Summary
Two really good cookies and two not so much. Regardless, a pretty good week overall.
Review
A wealth of variety combined with a childhood favorite of mine, Brown Sugar Pop-Tarts, this was a week I had to indulge in. First up, from all of these, the Guava Cake sounded least interesting, and coincidentally, it tasted like so. And along with being a bit boring, so was the New York Cheesecake cookie despite how accurate the tasting profile was. However, it was all made up for it through how well done and bold the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tart and Cookies & Cream Milkshake cookies were.

This is as close to a Frosted Brown Sugar Pop-Tart you can get! The inside has a thin layer that was melted in with the cookie making the middle both soft, a little moist, and cinnamony sweet. The outside of the cookie is also perfect as it was soft and had that iconic cinnamon Pop-Tart pastry taste. Just about perfect!
🍰 GUAVA CAKE (NEW)
Score: 5 / 10
Semi sweet overall, the cookie itself is more on the plain side especially compared to other Crumbl cookies. It has a kind of a very light butteryish taste with the texture of a soft middle and a small crunchy outside. Almost all of the flavor comes from the lightly sweet, mostly cream cheese flavored frosting. I could only taste a hint of guava from it, it was just barely noticable.
🥛 COOKIES & CREAM MILKSHAKE FT. OREO®

If you mixed Oreo creme with bits of the Oreo cookies and added sugar, this is the taste. The cookie base is a fairly sweet cookies and creme that’s soft, thick, a little moist, and has pretty large embedded cookie pieces that adds even more to the texture. The frosting on top is very sweet and has that Oreo creme taste with little Oreo pieces that give it a tiny crunch here and there. Was this like a milkshake? In a way it was, at least, a sweet one!
🗽 NEW YORK CHEESECAKE
Score: 6 / 10
It tastes mostly like a regular cheesecake in cookie form. This cookie is thick, soft, and has a slightly chewy middle. Flavor wise, the cookie base is a buttery and graham cracker crust tasting while the frosting hits the cream cheese frosting notes almost perfectly. Although, the ratio seems a bit off as cheesecake usually has a thinner crust and the cheese cake itself (the frosting in this instance), is more hard.
