Review
Despite the lowish scores, most of these cookies were all still pretty decent. I was especially in love with the Buttermilk Pancake Cookie because of how sweet it was, though, as a carrot cake fan, I was extremely disappointed in the Carrot Cake Cookie. To note, retrying the Strawberry Cheesecake as I had reviewed it before; I ended up giving this a higher score for whatever reason! Perhaps I’m coming to understand the differences between Crumbl Cookies and gain better understanding.
🎃 PUMPKIN BROWNIE (NEW)

You baked some sweet, moist, dark chocolate brownies and smooshed them together, yup, this is exactly what this cookie is. The inside is extremely dense, fudgy, moist, and so incredibly thick and almost chewy soft. And the flavor is like a sweet dark chocolate brownie where you colored the frosting orange but forgot to add the pumpkin flavor. Seriously, I didn’t even taste a lick of pumpkin, this is entirely a chocolate brownie cookie!

Where is the cheesecake flavor? This is basically just a graham cracker cookie topped with candy strawberry. Getting into it, the cookie itself is thick, soft, cool, and has a light graham buttery taste. The white frosting is moderately sweet and doesn’t really taste like cheesecake, it’s almost like a light vanilla. Most of the flavor for this cookie comes from the strawberry topping which is a sweet candy strawberry flavor. If Crumbl made the white frosting more cheesecake flavored this cookie would be so much better! You can find my previous review of this here.
🥕 CARROT CAKE

One of the heaviest cookies from Crumbl I’ve ever gotten, it’s so big! In terms of flavor though… not so much. I LOVE carrot cake and expected so much more out of this. It’s like if you made carrot cake and added just a little bit too much water. The carrot cake flavor is there but it’s really not that strong. The cream cheese frosting also wasn’t as sweet as most carrot cake frostings. Lastly, the texture was a bit on the crunchier and hard side compared to other Crumbl Cookies. I suppose you’ll enjoy this cookie if you find carrot cake too much or too sweet.
🥞 BUTTERMILK PANCAKE

If we forget the frosting for a moment, the cookie itself is like a sugar cookie but it isn’t crumbly and it’s a little more moist and soft. Interestingly, and perhaps my Crumbl didn’t mix it thoroughly, there’s a noticable gritty sugar crystal texture throughout—this doesn’t detract from it and instead, I actually loved it! Flavorwise, it’s a sweetish buttery doughy flavor that more or less resembles a good pancake. Now, we throw on that dallop of frosting and it’s vibe completely changes, well, I guess if you put super sweet frosting on your pancakes, this is what you’d get. This scoop of frosting is extremely sweet with a buttery-cream taste. Overall, this reminds me of those dressed up sweet pancakes you’d find at IHOP or other cafes.
🍯 HONEY BUN
Score: 7 / 10
A crumbly honey bun, literally! Despite having a thick moist center, this cookie falls apart pretty easily! Its flavor though is identical to your standard honey bun as it has that iconic cinnamon and sugary glaze flavor. If anything, I wish it had a thin layer of sweet frosting like some honey buns do.
