S Tier
Sea Salt Honey
Whether you’re drinking this straight from the bottle or throwing it into literally anything, this genuinely tastes like a lightly salty, authentic, sweet honey. I’ve been mixing it with sweeteners to create sweet honey syrups. Overall, one of the most accurate Skinny Mixrs syrups they have.
Salted Caramel
Yum! This flavor is so good, it’s sweet, has a noticeable caramel taste with a side of saltiness. It’s smooth and creamy, too. It genuinely will make your coffee and baked goods taste amazing. I’ve also used it to make homemade syrups, all of which have turned out great!
Banana Split Ice Cream
Banana Split Ice Cream advertises a combination of flavors, including sugary banana, vanilla, strawberry, and even chocolate. That’s a lot of nuance, so how does it actually taste? Do all the flavors actually come through?
First, I love the smell—it smells like a genuine, sweet, creamy banana—yum—wait, I mean, it smells good! In terms of taste, it’s nuanced. I get around 25% of that traditional Jordan’s skinny chocolate flavor, around 50% sweet banana, and 25% of something else, which I can’t make out. It’s supposed to be strawberry and vanilla, and maybe it’s just that—there are so many flavors happening here it’s hard to tell, honestly! Either way, you will get at least a sugary, creamy banana and some chocolate. Definitely versatile, and I could see it being used in almost anything!
Somewhat similar to the Banana Bread flavor, but this is creamier, sweeter, and has a more pronounced banana taste.

A Tier
Caramel Macchiato
Sweet, caramelly, with a decent amount of coffee-like flavor. This coffee isn’t your traditional coffee taste; it’s different — perhaps a macchiato? I’m not sure, I never had one of those. Either way, if you want something sweet with a caramel-forward flavor that gives caffeine vibes, this is it!
Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone
This has all the flavors of a moderately sweet, artificial, slightly bitter caramel with an equal part waffle-like flavor. Together, it’s surprisingly a good combination, even considering the artificialness. This pairs very well with most baked goods and homemade syrups.
Tropical
A fairly sweet, tropical vibe is what this syrup has. It’s a combination of flavors that makes you feel like you’re at the beach. Overall, it falls on the sweeter side, not necessarily sour or overly punchy.
Mermaid
Tastes a lot like tropical with a light citrus background. It’s sweet and tropical, with a subtle punch of citrus.
Sea Salt Vanilla
A fairly sweet, mildly salty vanilla-like taste. It’s smooth and sweet, yet you can also taste a salty note. I feel like the vanilla portion is different, not necessarily super artificial, but some off-brand vanilla. When mixed with its sweet and salty notes, it’s an interesting yet, in my opinion, polarizing flavor. Personally, I love it!
B Tier
Vanilla
Moderately sweet, traditional coffee syrup vanilla flavor. It’s not a bold or pronounced vanilla; it’s more on a light, smooth, sugary side and doesn’t come across as offensive or artificial. A solid overall flavor to add to almost anything.
Vanilla Caramel Creme
An interesting, mildly to moderately sweet combination to say the least. Blindfolded, I don’t think I could pick out the flavors, but after reading the label, I guess you do get a combination of vanilla and smooth caramel, albeit the vanilla part seems artificial. Overall, it’s not bad and actually works, I just don’t feel either flavor is articulated well.
Iced Cinnamon Roll
A smooth yet fairly sweet, creamy cinnamon flavor. However, I do feel like a cinnamon roll has more authentic cinnamon flavor, while this tastes a smidge more artificial. There is an essence of creaminess that I appreciate, similar to that of a cinnamon roll, but it still misses the mark. To note, this is substantially better than Cinnamon Dolce in every aspect–sweeter, smoother, and overall better tasting.
Chocolate Caramel Truffle
A warm, moderately sweet, sugary, off-brand chocolate flavor is how I can describe this. It’s not just that; there is another flavor I can’t describe; however, I wouldn’t say it’s precisely caramel. Interestingly, I find this flavor to be very good with baked goods and other stuff you can mix it with, but water, for example, just doesn’t do it as well as it could.
C Tier
Mint Chocolate Ice Cream
I love mint chocolate, it’s one of my favorite flavor combinations!
And wow, the smell of this is a powerful, explicit mint chocolate, just like those chocolate-mint candies you can find! It’s genuinely a bit too authetic in a way. Then, in terms of taste, it’s just that, too! A tasty, sweet, not-too-artificial creamy mint and slightly darker chocolate. Genuinely, if you added this to your candy making, I could see it making it taste exactly like a minty chocolate candy you find on store shelves. The flavor is so accurate, sweet, perfectly punchy, and honestly, they couldn’t do any better than this!

Birthday Cake Ice Cream
Whenever I see birthday cake-flavored anything, I hesitate. Will it actually taste like birthday cake, or lean more toward regular vanilla?
The smell of this is odd but not in a bad way, more so different. I don’t think it’s a birthday cake; it’s like a unique, sweetener-based birthday cake flavoring with vanilla. When it comes to taste, if you blindfolded me, I would say it initially tries to mimic a sweet, artificial, creamy vanilla. Then, interestingly, as it lingers, there is some suggestion of birthday cake. Weird, though, still reasonably tasty.
Overall, this flavor is good enough, especially if you’re looking for a vanilla that tastes different than Jordan’s Skinny Syrup’s other vanilla syrups. If you’re specifically looking for a birthday cake, however, this isn’t exactly it.

Coconut
As a huge coconut fan, I’m disappointed. It’s not very sweet and the coconut flavor itself is a bit more artificial and fake than I would prefer. Overall, it’s not terrible, it’s just passable.
Fruit Punch
Smells like your typical fruit punch you’d find at a party, and in terms of flavor, it’s just that. Sweet, generic, and a fairly punchy punch-bowl fruitiness. But then, since it’s already perfect as a syrup, it became too diluted when added to water! With that, I’d suggest at least several pumps. Lastly, out of the three, this tasted the most authetic and accurate to its advertised flavor.

Pumpkin Spice
It’s definitely a mild to moderately sweet pumpkin spice, albeit a little artificial and with a bit of a punch–I guess that’s the spice part. It’s not at all smooth or creamy; it really does rely on its “spice” component. Overall, it’s close enough to pumpkin spice.
S’mores
A slightly warm chocolate flavor combined with an essence of slightly bitter vanilla-like flavor and some toastiness. Overall, it’s s’mores, though somewhat artificial, and it wouldn’t have been my very first guess for its taste.
Italian Wedding Cake
A mild to moderately sweet, slightly bitter, nutty, almost almondy taste. It’s not necessarily artificial either, protesting a reasonably accurate Italian wedding Cake flavor. Notably, it does taste similar to Italian Wedding Cake foods I’ve had, though with this syrup, I don’t know where else you’d use it. Maybe vanilla cake or butter cookies?
White Chocolate Pumpkin
Moderately sweet, artificial white chocolate with an essence of sugary pumpkin. The white chocolate here is the dominant flavor and comes across as artificial, which drags it all down. I feel like the pumpkin portion is at least nice, but it isn’t too strong. Together, this combo could be so much better, and notably, it’s better than the white chocolate flavor by itself and other white chocolate flavors, too.
Unicorn
A moderately sweet, candy-like blue raspberry. It’s not as sour as I’d thought it would be; instead, it falls on the sweeter side. I could see this going well if you were making candy specifically.
Lavender
Moderately sweet, lavender-like taste. It’s reasonably accurate for what it’s trying to portray, though it has a smidge of artificialness. On the other hand, I can’t see this pairing well with a lot of things. Maybe with a lemonade?
Toasted Marshmallow
Lightly sweet and surprisingly semi-accurate toasty marshmallow flavor. It’s not super artificial, and you can really taste some artificial marshmallow and a toasty-campfire-like background. I wish the marshmallow flavor were more accurate (yeah, I know I said it was semi-accurate before, but I’m referring directly to the marshmallow here) — it could be mistaken for artificial vanilla.
Fairy Dust
One of the few syrups you could drink straight from the bottle. It’s pretty sweet, mildly sour, and has a fruit/berry-candy-like flavor. Genuinely, this tastes like melted-down candy!
D Tier
White Chocolate Mocha
A warm, moderately sweet mix of artificial white chocolate and maybe something else. I don’t get coffee or mocha, but something else is there. Together, this tastes too artificial for me as the white chocolate dominates.
White Chocolate
I just can’t get over the artificialness. In a way, it’s white chocolate, but wow, it just tastes off.
Butter Toffee
I perhaps get some odd, off-tasting butter and an essence of toffee. Simply put, it’s not great, and really doesn’t taste what it advertises itself as… maybe an old stick of butter? It also comes across as mild to moderately sweet.
Eggnog
I get a sharp, sweet, artificial, cream-based, cinnamon-spiced taste. This isn’t really like eggnog and instead leans toward a sharper side rather than a milky creaminess. Personally, not my thing.
Rocket Pop
First, I love the color of this, well, now that I think about it, it looks like Windex. Anyway, I love the blue, and it definitely doesn’t taste like window cleaner, haha!
First, it smells like a mild-to-moderate, smooth, fruity syrup. Nothing explicit, more so, some combination of something. The taste is very light; in fact, I would advise using several pumps for anything you’re adding. I don’t think it’s explicitly rocket pop; it tastes like it smells, a light, smooth combination of mild fruits. If you blindfolded me, I honestly wouldn’t be able to guess the flavors. Personally, this isn’t my favorite; I won’t be getting this one again. It’s simply not sweet enough, and the flavors aren’t very pronounced. In a way, rocket pop is usually in popsicle form — it’s generally icy, watery, and light-tasting, so in a way, this flavor nails that part.

Peanut Butter Cup
Blindfolded, I wouldn’t have guessed peanut butter. It’s a mildly bitter, artificial-tasting, mildly sweet peanut-ish flavor. It’s hard to describe, but all I can say is that this definitely isn’t peanut butter. Perhaps if you mixed fake peanut butter extract with a bitter sweetener.
Banana Bread
A moderately sweet banana with not much else. It has a noticeable, dull, artificial taste that isn’t great, as if it’s trying to mimic a banana. It’s basically an artificial, candy-like banana flavor and is missing the bready/doughy component.
Cinnamon Dolce
A light, mildly sweet, almost off-tasting cinnamon-like flavor. I can tell it’s cinnamon, but it tastes off-brand, if that makes sense. Something about it makes it taste a little off. It’s also not very sweet.
F Tier
Sweet Cream
This smells pretty strong and sweet. Interestingly, it smells like some sort of artificial sweet cream, not so much milky per se, if you were wondering. Taste-wise, it’s, in a way, a sugar- or sweetener-based artificial cream. I say ‘artificial,’ but it’s not horrible; it just feels like a cream-flavoring concentrate or extract, if that makes sense. It’s definitely not as creamy tasting as, say, a cream soda. In fact, when I added it to soda, there is a noticeable, almost odd, artificial cream that doesn’t feel as natural as regular cream soda. I don’t think I’d get this again — what would I even use it for?

Chocolate Mocha
A warm artificial chocolate coupled with an equally odd tasting fake mocha flavor. Not only doesn’t it taste at all like coffee, the chocolate itself just simply tastes weird.
