A Review and Flavor Ranking of Think/think! Delight Protein Bars. These flavors include Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough, Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie, and Chocolate Mousse Pie.
Overall Review & Verdict
The macros are okay, though; they could be better, especially the calorie-to-protein ratio. The ingredients state they’re made primarily with oil, whey proteins, and sweeteners.
They all look similar, with a darker chocolate shell and similar fillings. The filling’s colors look different, and some have embedded bits.
Their texture is like they mixed in a wafer, thoroughly ground up with the protein filling. The mouthfeel leans towards a dry, soft feel; they are easy to bite through, not chewy, and have a light crunch. It is not a bad composition, it’s just something a little different.
Taste-wise, they’re all genuinely flavored. All of the flavors taste like they were made with real sugar and other “real” ingredients, and they are accurately represented, well-balanced, and have a mild to moderate sweetness. Nothing is protein-tasting or weird; these all taste like genuine treats.
The verdict? These are good. Sure, the filling might be a bit different from your typical protein bar, but I personally didn’t mind it so much. Moreover, these bars have a reasonable amount of sweetness, and the flavors are absolutely on point, well-balanced, and authetic.

Flavor Ranking
1. Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
The filling in this is literally wet! It’s absolutely the softest and moistest on this list — yet it still has the others’ slightly crunchy filling, and it feels like they drenched the filling, making it super soft at the same time! Yeah, this is weird, though for some reason I don’t mind it.
The taste is entirely authentic, reasonably sweet, perfectly sugary-peanut, with just a hint of chocolate. Compared to the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough flavor, this has less chocolate flavor, relying primarily on peanut.
Essentially, it’s a moderately sugary peanut bar that’s very, very moist. I guess peanut butter pies are supposed to be this wet? Definitely not, but it’s an interesting, wet, and slightly crunchy filling either way.
2. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
Lightly crunchy overall, and the driest on this list, but still soft enough and enjoyable. When you bite in, basically, the filling itself provides a light crunch yet has no embedded bits!
In terms of taste, it’s a mild to moderately sweet, authentic peanut with an equal part of non-bitter chocolate. I really like both flavors; they’re perfectly balanced, and there’s zero weirdness, protein flavor, or overly organic peanut. This overall flavor is genuinely just a good dark chocolate-and-peanut flavor that tastes like the bars contain real sugar and ingredients.
Notably, I’m not sure where the cookie dough part comes in, though, and frankly, they don’t need it. The peanut and chocolate here do their job well.
3. Chocolate Mousse Pie
There are little chocolate pieces inside, though they only provide so much because there are so few. In terms of texture, it’s the same as the others, though, not as dry as the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough nor as wet as the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie flavor; It’s in the middle, with the filling itself providing a soft, light, easy-to-bite-through crunch.
It’s a mild to moderately sweet, cocoa chocolate-tasting bar. I really like how rich the flavor is– nothing bitter or too cocoa-y, as the sugar balances it out. It tastes like genuine cocoa with sugar. In terms of it being a moose pie per se, I wouldn’t say that–it’s not that creamy!
Overall, a good, sugary cocoa bar that provides a well-rounded, rich chocolate flavor with the right amount of sweetness.
