Kung Fu Tea Pokemon Legends: Z-A Strawberry Milk Slush with Oreo Cookie Pieces, and Strawberry Milk Tea with Strawberry Popping Boba
Score: 5.25 / 10 (for both)

Review
Note: I added regular boba to the Strawberry Milk Slush with Oreo Cookie Pieces drink because a boba needs… boba! However, I won’t be judging it based on the addition of this topping to be more fair!
First off, both of these have a similar strawberry vibe as they share a similar strawberry base. The Strawberry Milk Slush with Oreo Cookie Pieces is, obviously, a slush with blended Oreo pieces throughout. The Strawberry Milk Tea with Strawberry Popping Boba is made with ice cubes and additional popping boba that pops when you bite in.
The Strawberry Milk Slush with Oreo Cookie Pieces was my favorite of the two. I have a positive bias towards slushes–they’re just better–who wants plain ol’ ice? Not to mention, it has Oreo, which provides a subtle chocolate flavor to the strawberry. Nonetheless, this drink was extraordinarily sweet–the strawberry overwhelmed everything! It basically tasted like I was drinking sugar! The Oreo settled to the bottom, and frankly, there could have been more blended in, because, as it was, the sugar and strawberry completely took over this drink.
Another gripe of mine is that it rarely comes with any boba! You have the tiny, crunchy Oreo pieces at the bottom and the soft, creamy slush part, but you’re missing the chewy portion!
The Strawberry Milk Tea with Strawberry Popping Boba was as sweet but not as tasty. Sure, the popping boba was a nice, surprising addition as you slurp, but I couldn’t even taste it because this drink was already so sweet and strawberry-flavored! Also, this meant that this drink was entirely just, well, strawberry, absolutely no other flavor. There wasn’t much other than that–just a sugary strawberry drink with some fun boba at the bottom.
Overall, these were way, way too sweet, masking the Oreo and any enjoyment from the popping boba. Tone down the sweetness, add some better complementary toppings, and these could be a lot better.

Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Cherry Float
Score: 6 / 10

Review
If you blindfolded me, I don’t think I could tell much of a difference between this and Cherry Vanilla Coke, assuming you’ve had that before it was discontinued. Personally, that Coke version is something I get often when I go to the movies, made from their Coca-Cola Freestyle drink combination machines. Basically, it’s Cherry Coke with added vanilla flavoring.
Imagine your typical Cherry Coke. Now, add some vanilla syrup flavoring or vanilla extract, and you get this. An equal amount of cherry and vanilla flavors mixed together, neither overpowering the other. They complement each other well, with the vanilla part lending a well-appreciated creaminess and smoothness to the cherry. I’m genuinely surprised this isn’t a permanent addition!
Release Date
Released mid to late January 2026. Found at Cumberland Farms in mid-February 2026.
Oreo Cakesters Confetti Cake
Score: 6.25 / 10

Review
Thick vanilla cake with lightly crunchy, colorful fetti sprinkles spread throughout. Its mouthfeel is nice, especially compared to other Cakesters, due to this contrast with the thick, dense cake part. I also like the bits of white sugary glaze spots around it, reminding me of a partially glazed donut.
The downside for me is that, like their other Cakesters, it could be a little moister. Unfortunately, it’s not as moist or pleasant as a Little Debbie or other snack cakes, for example. The cake part is simply just a bit too dry. Also, while the inner cream is nice, it’s a little too thin and a bit too stiff for me. It kind of feels a bit cheaper than it should.
In terms of taste, it’s mostly vanilla with some mix of birthday cake. It’s not too sweet, about the same as other Cakesters, though, not as sweet as a regular Oreo, likely due to the cake shell part.
As someone who appreciates birthday cake-flavored treats, I can get down with these, at least, flavor-wise. Again, the texture could be improved in some areas; if they did, these would be perfect!

Kentucky Friend Chicken Colonel’s Favorite Jelly Beans
Score: 3 / 10

Review
Let’s review the three flavors!
First off, the Fried Chicken-flavored pieces are polka dot pink, not brown as shown on the package. The flavor is extremely artificial and disgustingly meaty. It’s just weird and overpowers the other flavors in this bag because of its pronounced, strong off-flavor. Imagine you overfried your chicken and left it out, soaking in oil on the kitchen table. Honestly, it also kind of smells like cat food…
The supposed Gravy flavor, like its meaty counterpart, is very off-tasting, as if you left it out for several days and it went bad, or you accidentally ate your pet food. It’s super artificial and just tastes like it shouldn’t exist. Yuck!
The Sweet Corn is the best here. It’s actually the sweetest part of the bunch and has a light, mostly sugary corn taste. It reminds me a lot of their popcorn-flavored jelly beans! Definitely the best flavor here and actually edible!
Eating a bunch of these at once just feels like they shouldn’t exist. The off, meaty Gravy and Fried Chicken parts take over the Sweet Corn jelly beans, making them taste and smell all like pet food!
Release Date
Released early 2026. Found at Target mid-February 2026.
Peeps SunnyD
Score: 5.75 / 10

Review
I thought these would be sweeter!
It sports an authentic orange SunnyD flavor that’s both moderately sweet and creamy, especially due to its marshmallow. I wouldn’t say it’s as sweet as the drink; it’s likely drowned out by the marshmallow, making it creamier and more marshmallowy. Yes, the SunnyD flavor is most prominent here — compared to a regular Peep, the traditional marshmallow taste is lessened, replaced by that sweet, orangey drink flavor.
Overall, the SunnyD flavor is bold and pronounced enough to enjoy and make for a tasty marshmallow rendition! If you haven’t had SunnyD, just imagine a sugary, moderately sweet, orangey candy-like drink, and then mixed with the flavors of a Peep!
Release Date
Released January 2026 alongside other new flavors and Peeps products. Found at Target in mid-January 2026.
Hostess Cupcakes Peeps Frosted Golden Cake
Score: 8 / 10

Review
Two of my favorite snacks joining forces?! Count me in! I love Peeps, and I grew up eating Hostess Cupcakes!
First things first, the packaging of these cupcakes looks awesome! I love the box’s design; it’s just so cool to look at those bright-colored cupcakes, Peeps, and the box’s bright theme as a whole. Then, when you open it up, you’re greeted with individually wrapped Hostess Cupcakes with the most adorable little Peeps printed on the package, along with the Peeps and Hostess logo.
Yeah, I love the crossover of these two iconic staples!
Opening these up, I immediately notice large sugar crystals on top of the frosting. And indeed, they provide a very light but decent contrast to the super-moist, moderately dense hostess cake. Notably, these cakes are compositionally similar to their chocolate and regular vanilla counterparts. However, the flavor is where it differs.
Flavor-wise, biting in, they’re clearly a sweet marshmallow. Not peeps marshmallow, more so regular marshmallow flavoring with a noticeable addition of sugar and sweetness. It’s complemented by the vanilla cake, providing a sweet combo of vanilla and marshmallow. And finally, just to note, they’re about as sweet as most other hostess cupcakes.
All in all, they’re the sweet vanilla hostess cupcakes with a sweet and creamy marshmallow inside. Exactly as advertised, though, I wouldn’t necessarily say they have the iconic Peeps marshmallow taste. In fact, I’d say these taste even better because they’re less artificial, sweeter, and the vanilla cake pairs so well with them!

Calbee Asian Korean Style Spicy BBQ Chips
Score: 6 / 10

Review
First off, the seasoning here is very light and Asian like. It leans towards a mildly seasoned spicy flavor, and even then, it’s not at all punchy or hard-hitting. The mix of BBQ flavor is a nice touch, and I swear I can taste some honey.
As a whole, these chips have a smooth, slightly sweet, and spicy taste. Furthermore, what I especially like is the texture. They feel like premium, thin, crunchy chips and a cut above the rest.
Release Date
I’m unsure of a release date. Found early March 2026 at Stop & Shop.
Nutricost Creatine Monohydrate Island Cooler and Frozen Lemonade
Score: 7 / 10

Review
Island Cooler is such a “cool” name. Anyway, it’s good, and definitely something most people would enjoy. It comes across as a mostly generic, “Islandy” mix of fruits and berries. Nothing punchy, nothing artificial, just plain sugary fruit and berry flavor. There’s definitely a mix of flavors, and unfortunately, I can’t quite make out what they are. Maybe some mix of coconut, mango, strawberry, and others? I’m not sure. What I can say is that it’s not like a typical berry mix; it’s more like a flavor you’d find in similarly advertised flavors or margarita mixes.
Frozen Lemonade is exactly as advertised. This is a moderately sweet, sugary lemonade, something you might find in a literal frozen lemonade during summer, and ask them to hold off on adding that extra physical lemon to it. When I say that, I mean, don’t expect anything punchy or sour here; it’s simply a smoother, sweeter lemon flavor. And honestly, as someone who does appreciate a punchy lemon, I can get behind this. Simply put, it’s a tasty lemon flavor that would appeal to many people.
Release Date
Both flavors were released around the beginning of 2026. Found on the TikTok shop in late February 2026.
Kung Fu Tea x Care Bears Taro Tantrum Slush
Score: 7 / 10

Review
Okay, there is definitely an equal part coconut flavor here, and boy, it works pretty darn well with the Taro. Unfortunately, I didn’t get much, if any, explicit cheesecake flavor, though the drink as a whole is very creamy, more so than their regular Taro-based drinks. It was also a bit sweeter than their regular taro drink — not a lot, though it was appreciable. Lastly, despite the looks, it doesn’t have the mouthfeel of a cloud or something super soft — this is simply a creamier slush through and through.
I also liked the little crunchy graham cracker bits at the bottom, but frankly, there could have been a lot more, as it felt underwhelming, and they got soggy quickly.
Lastly, it also came with some nice, thick stickers!
Release Date
Released March 16, 2026 alongside Matcha, Mango, and Cherry flavors. Tried on the day of release.
