Trendy Treats Freeze Dried Chocolate Chip Taffy Treats
Score: 6 / 10

Review
First, the texture nearly melts in your mouth like it’s a solidified, crunchy, and airy ball of sugar–crunchy cotton candy, maybe? Needless to say, it’s extremely sweet with a noticeable taste that resembles a chocolate chip cookie with a hint of toffee and, of course, with too much sugar.
Frankly, even as a sweets lover, it’s too much sugar even for me! However, I am surprised how flavorful it was despite its sweetness. I’d have thought the sugariness would overpower the actual flavors, but nope, you can taste everything!

Prime Ice Pop Hydration Drink
Score: 5.5 / 10

Review
I’m surprised by the color–it’s a foggy white hue, but even more surprised by its authentic flavor! It genuinely tastes like a rocket pop; you get all three of the traditional flavors all mixed into one. In a way, it tastes like the melted-down version of it, even perfectly mimicking its sweetness. Nothing about it tastes fake or artificial; it’s the real deal!
The consistency is more or less like water, though of course, it doesn’t even give you a hint of that taste-wise!
Release Date
Released in the summer of 2022. Found at Stop & Shop in early December 2025.
Lindt Lindor Limited Edition Hot Cocoa Milk Chocolate Truffles
Score: 7 / 10

Review
Maybe I’m not understanding what this is supposed to be, but to me, this is more or less their regular chocolate truffles with a vanilla-based inside. There are some small differences, notably, the chocolate here is a little less sweet than their regular milk chocolate truffles, and the inside is equally mildly sweet, having a vanilla-ish flavor.
Together, it’s an inoffensive, semi-hard, creamy, and smooth truffle. But we for the advertised hot cocoa? I get neither cocoa nor any marshmallow! Honestly, just give me their regular, sweeter truffles.
Release Date
Released around November 2020. Found at Stop & Shop in early December 2025.
Baby Star Crunchy Ramen Snack Wasabi
Score: 6.25 / 10

Review
The biggest thing about these is the texture. They’re thick and shaped oddly, forming these intertwining twirls that give you a satisfying, sharp crunch–they feel much more premium and higher quality than most regular potato chips. I’ve never seen a chip in the shape of these!
In terms of flavor, it was interesting. The first few chips, I barely tasted anything, but then it hit me–wasabi. Like other wasabi chips, the flavor begins to linger, hitting you with that traditionally authetic wasabi flavor in addition to a light salt which works to complement it nicely. And that’s really what you get–a tasty, well-seasoned, wonderfully textured wasabi chip.

Gushers Flavor Mixers: Raspberry Lemonade, Strawberry Peach, and Orange Cherry
Score: 5 / 10

Review
To me, the three flavors here are hardly that much different from one another. They’re all a very artificial, sweet candy fruit flavor, with only subtle taste differences from one another. The feel of them, to me, is also quite annoying: Sticky, cheap-feeling, and the supposed filling is barely even there–really, 99% of these things are just an ultra chewy and tough candy that quickly gets stuck in your teeth. Funnily enough, they’re so sticky, my entire pack nearly came all glued together!
Release Date
I’m unsure of a release date, although Flavor Mixers are mentioned as early as 2017. Found at Stop & Shop in early December 2025.
Ritz Limited Edition Fudge Covered Crackers
Score: 6 / 10

Review
Surprisingly refreshing!
Ritz is a pretty good cracker, but the milk chocolate shell here takes it up a notch. Sure, its shell is thin, but it provides a smoothness and a mild sweetness that complements the inner salty Ritz cracker nicely. I really like biting into it where I get a bit of softness from the shell immediately followed by the thin, crunchy cracker. It gives it a little much-needed oomph I didn’t know it needed or that I even craved in the first place!

Tic Tac Naughty or Nice Lumps of Coal Sour Cherry and Candy Cane
Score: 5.5 / 10

Review
First and foremost, I’m a bit disappointed that the candy cane tastes exactly like toothpaste, a minty peppermint at that. It doesn’t have the candy flavor that candy canes often have, which people have come to enjoy. Nope, here, I’ll have these at the end of my meal to freshen my breath.
Sour Cherry, on the other hand, tastes like an actual cherry candy with a good amount of sweetness, coupled with a mild sour punch. What I love is that it doesn’t taste too artificial or weird; it’s genuinely a really good, crunchy piece of flavorful candy! Overall, it’s pretty sweet, and I found myself eating several at once. It also turned my fingers black!
Release Date
Released November 28, 2022. Found late November 2025 at Five Below.
Hilco Sugar Cookie Mini Waffle Cones
Score: 7.5 / 10

Review
Texture-wise, it’s the same as the cherry cordial, mostly, though the filling is slightly harder and stiffer.
In terms of flavor, it’s definitely accurate, though there’s a slight artificialness in a sense, as if they added some “sugar cookie” flavoring. I’m nitpicking here–it’s still good, just something I noticed.
Overall, it’s still a very buttery, reasonably sweet waffle cone. And despite any form of perceived artificial-like flavoring, it has a reasonably pleasant and noticeable sugar cookie taste–a mix of sugar, vanilla, and butter!
Release Date
While I can’t find an exact release date, mentions date back to mid-November 2025. Found at Dollar Tree mid-December 2025.
Hilco Cherry Cordial Mini Waffle Cones
Score: 7.75 / 10

Review
The filling reaches the top, which is a plus. Secondly, biting into it, the filling is soft, softer than many other filled waffle cones. This is especially more prevalent given the semi-crunchy waffle cone shell. Essentially, the contrast between the two is very well done for a waffle cone, although an even more snappy crunch from the waffle portion would have been even better!
Flavor-wise, it’s like an off-cherry cordial, and not in a bad way, just a different brand in a sense. It’s fairly sweet, not quite as strong as a candy cherry cordial you normally find, but the flavor profile is there. In a way, this tastes more creamy, and with the lightly buttery shell, it tones down the sweetness to a more appropriate level where you still taste a good amount of sweetness and authentic cherry cordial flavor.
Overall, a unique waffle cone with a great mouthfeel!

Rosso Bianco Angel Hair Bar
Score: 7.25 / 10

Review
This, to me, tastes like a fairly sweet, regular white chocolate bar with a pink colored hue. The shell is thick, smooth, creamy, and not overly crunchy or hard, and the inside is almost entirely a soft-solid, generic filling that doesn’t resemble angel hair or any type of cotton candy. At the very least, there’s a tiny thin layer of soft, almost airy, oddly textured flakes at the top of this filling, but they aren’t really noticeable or contribute much. Notably, it’s all interestingly colorful — a pale green with red specs filling, a thin, white, flaky part, and a light pink shell.
Overall, I’d say this is just a decent white chocolate bar. There is no weird artificialness; the inside texture yields a decent contrast to the soft, thick shell, and it’s not overly sweet like many other white chocolate bars. Still, I expected so much more, considering this was supposed to be “cotton candy”-like on the inside.
