Pringles Carnitas Taco
Score: 7.5 / 10
The complexity of a carnita is perfectly caught by these Pringles. You get the meat and all the traditional seasonings that go into it perfectly. Notably, it’s not at all soicy. You’ll especially love these if you’re into seasoned meaty type chips or enjoy Latino based foods.
Released summer 2024 along with other new flavors. Found at Walmart.
Pringles Mexican Street Corn
Score: 7 / 10
Quite similar to a typical elote but a tad more spicy. Don’t get me wrong though, these chips aren’t super spicy by any means, but they have a kick. Spicyness aside, you can taste the lime as well as the seasoning. So, while not quite an elote, it’s pretty close!
Released early-mid 2022. Found at Walmart.
Pringles Chili Cheese Fries
Score: 6 / 10
To me, this has a little kick with a combination of a cheap fried cheese taste. I’m not convinced there’s a full fledged chili flavor here though. Basically, it mostly falls under a semi-spicy, slightly cheesy chip. I had high expectations for this flavor but was kind of disappointed.
I can’t find an official release window although reviews date back to early 2024. Found at Walmart.
Pringles Everything Bagel
Score: 7 / 10
Holy moly, the taste is so, so buttery! And with a noticable garlic and seasoned bready-bagel taste, it’s all so good! Genuinely, it’s very yummy and really feels like you’re biting into an overly buttery garlic bagel. For better or worse (better in my opinion), these flavors are much more bold and pronounced in these chips compared to a regular everything bagel.
Released late August 2023 for a limited time, although, I found this in June 2024 at Walmart.
Walmart Hershey Chocolate Cake Bites
Score: 7 / 10
Compared to a Hershey chocolate bar, these are slightly more dark and less sweet. Overall, it’s more or less just a semi-dark cake. In my opinion, however, it needs some more oomph, perhaps more sugar to really bring out the chocolate flavor. These pair super well with ice cream or whipped cream!
Not sure of an exact release date. Found at Walmart.
Aldi Bake Shop Cotton Candy Frosted Cookies
Score: 7.5 / 10
Similiar to Lofthouse cookies but holy moly, these cookies are substantially more soft, however, they aren’t as thick feeling. Unfortunately, these aren’t at all cotton candy tasting, instead, the frosting has a super sweet sugary flavor. Then again, isn’t that what cotton candy is? Also, weirdly, the bottom of these cookies peel.
Not sure of the exact release date. Found early July 2024.
Chocolatey Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Treats
Score: 7 / 10
As a peanut butter fan, these aren’t too shabby. Both the peanut butter and the thin layer of chocolate on them have a lighter taste than I expected. Neither overpower one another and they both aren’t too strong. On the sweetness scale, it falls in line with other Rice Krispies Treats. Similiarly like most Rice Krispies Treats, the flavors come off as more on the artificial side. Still, a tasty combination.
Rereleased April 2024 after being discontinued over 20 years ago. Found at Walmart.
McDonald’s Stroopwafel McFlurry
Score: 9 / 10
This McFlurry started my stroopwafel obsession for years to come. The combination of caramel goops layered onto the generous helping of stroopwafel chunks was perfect. It was also really awesome that it was with the signature McFlurry vanilla ice cream because of how creamy it was. McDonald’s really needs to bring this back!
Released June 5, 2019, for a limited time alongside other internationally based items.
Little Debbie Snickerdoodle Creme Pies
Score: 7.5 / 10
Not completely snickerdoodle, it’s mostly a sweet cookie creme pie. The pie cookie itself is very sweet and has a light cinnamon sugar taste. There’s also little embedded crunchy pieces in it. The creamy white filling is a bit thin and simply adds more sweetness. Overall, not a snickerdoodle, just a sweet, cinnamony creme pie.
Released July 2022. Found at Walmart.
Sprinkles Red Velvet Chocolate Bar
Score: 7.5 / 10
I’ve never had a red velvet chocolate bar before! This has a very pleasant, moderately sweet red velvet flavor. Honestly, the sweetness is perfect and is unoffending. The inner filling is extremely thin and doesn’t add much in terms of flavor or texture. All of the flavor comes from the red velvet chocolate shell.
Released March 2024 along with other varieties by the Sprinkles Cupcake Bakery. Found at Walmart.
