This snack review has Dunkin’ Donuts Coconut Topped Raspberry Filled Donut Roll, McDonald’s Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry, Reese’s Puffs Complete Pancake Kit, Hostess Ding Dongs X Twinkies Mashups, and Zapp’s Cajun Dill Gator-Tators Chips. My favorites was the Dunkin’ Donut Roll because coconut is just my favorite! But, a big letdown was the McDonald’s McFlurry… I just expected a lot more.
Dunkin’ Donuts Coconut Topped Raspberry Filled Donut Roll
Score: 8 / 10
Soft, thick, fairly sweet, and doughy with a large amount of coconut on the outside and a decent amount of sweet raspberry inner filling without being overloaded. Great combo, and for the price, it’s worth it.
McDonald’s Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry
Score: 6 / 10
Aside from the traditional vanilla McFlurry ice cream, it’s topped with these almost Rice Krispy-like pink bits as well as dry and semi-crunchy cake bites. I expected the shortcake parts to be more chewy and thick, and the strawberry to be not just be sweetly coated strawberry Krispy pieces. Ice cream is just regular vanilla. Still, it wasn’t too bad.

Reese’s Puffs Complete Pancake Kit
Score: 6 / 10
The batter and mix smell exactly like Reese’s and they even have mini peanut butter chips in it. However, after cooking, the pancake only hints at peanut butter. But, at least it includes some Reese’s Puffs to include as a topping. I just wish it had more of that Reese’s taste after cooking so until then, I would just buy regular pancakes and my own Reese’s toppings.

Hostess Ding Dongs X Twinkies Mashups
Score: 8 / 10
Unlike the immediate soft texture of a Twinkie, these have a soft-hard covering just like Ding Dongs. They’re a lot like chocolate or fudge covered Twinkies except slightly less thick and the chocolate is just a tad different. Overall, I’m glad they’re here because it’s a solid buy, especially if you like Twinkies! Although, again, these aren’t as thick as the regular Twinkies.

Zapp’s Cajun Dill Gator-Tators Chips
Score: 7 / 10
I’m not sure what gator tastes like but these kettle crunchy chips are coated heavily with seasoning and they taste like a mix of Cajun (but not spicy) alongside pickle / vinegar flavor. This pickle /vinegar flavor isn’t overwhelming like other chips but it’s absolutely there. A nice combination of flavors.
